PAYMENT, REFUND, CANCELLATION & GENERAL ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS
Intensive Training
BSM guarantees a full prorated refund (minus a $30 administrative fee) for the season’s remaining sessions before the fourth session of any period. No refunds thereafter. No refunds for missed sessions. Make-up sessions are available for an additional fee of $15 per session, contingent to availability and upon express and specific consent of BSM management.
In case of rain or inclement weather, parents must call us one hour before the scheduled start time of the session. We will make every effort to determine whether or not to cancel the session, based on available hourly forecasts. In most cases, drizzle or light rain do not constitute cause for cancellation. If a session is cancelled, a make-up session will be scheduled or a credit will be applied towards a future season.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment.
All checks must be made payable to “BSM” for the full amount of the season’s fee. We will not process registrations without corresponding payment.
Camp
For all cancellations made on or before June 30th, 50% of the payments will be refunded. After July 1st, cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be given. No exceptions.
Admission to the BSM Camp is based solely on availability.

Academy Team, Summer/Winter Select Team
Payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be given. No exceptions. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed practices or games.
